Hi Everyone, this worked well for me when I was looking in Arizona so I thought I would try Orlando now. If anyone has any suggestions or recommendations, I am looking for a cleaner for my STR and also a general maintenance guy. Thanks so much happy friday.

I just secured a deal in Solterra which seems to have everything in order regarding rules. I can give some additional feedback in the coming weeks.

No problem, Michael you are correct I did post incorrectly at first and then changed when I realized what I did. 

 Hi Curtis yes agreed. No money needs to be spent on this property. We got it under asking price and is turn key ready to go with a pool.
