Hello BP,

Does anyone have any experience investing with Bakerson in Phoenix, Arizona? I have made a Bridge Loan to them on their Pueblo Springs Apartment project--they are passed due in paying off the loan and are not responsive with information to resolve that situation. Now my primary contact, Dave Sherman, is saying that I need to deal with Bruce Wuollet on the matter (as apparently they aren't sharing information with each other). It sounds like a great partnership... Any advice or insight would be appreciated before I lawyer up and book my flight to AZ!

Hello BP!

I just wanted to introduce myself. I purchased my first personal 2 family home about a year ago in Jersey City (Heights), NJ. House hacking has been going fairly well so far, even with some roommate/tenant turnover. 

I'm also a partner in JSJ Wealth LLC which offers Hard Money loans to other Developers/Investors. We've been up and running for over 2 years and have funded various projects: new residential construction, several residential flips, and recently multiple mixed use commercial buildings. Most of our investing has been in Northeast PA so far.

I'm looking forward to being more active on the forums and in the NJ area.  Please reach out if you'd like to talk or if you know of any RE networking events nearby.
