Here in Mobile, AL apartment living is popular being that we have several universities in town.  I cant say I'm familiar with or know anyone investing in apartments, but if I happen to hear anything I'll be sure to connect with you.

I'm hoping to connect with other likeminded individuals perusing some of the same goals and passions. I'm new to BP, but can already see its the kind of forum I'm looking for.  

I no longer have my rental properties. I travel a lot with my salaried position and having rental properties states away got to be a little much at the time. I plan on investing in rental properties in the near future. I'm always looking for a deal whether its a flip or a potential rental property.  

One tip I can give that I liked about my rental properties is to have them located in the same/similar area...preferable close to your primary residence. I enjoyed knowing if I had to go over there or just wanted to do a drive by it was a short drive away.

Hello everyone! My name is Jeff Jones and I live in Mobile, AL. I’m a Civil Engineer graduate working for an ESCO.  I travel with work, building project up and down the east coast. I started I residential construction and I’ve been in some type of construction for the last 25 years. I’ve owned a couple rental properties and just got into flipping this year. I’m currently working on my second flip and absolutely loving the process. I have a wealth of construction experience and knowledge and enjoy doing the renovations myself. I am still a full time employee, but hoping to start flipping house’s full time this year.
