Hey Josh - I suggest you dive to the next level of detail: zip codes. While many areas are above 10% in SATX, quality zip codes within this metro are ~3%. Anecdotally, I’ve been a landlord here since 2009 and I’ve never had a vacancy at market rates for more than 25 days, and typically I’m closer to 3-5 days. 

Good question - @Jason Hirko. B class multi is my primary focus (2 - 8 units), although I'd be interested in learning who this group relies upon for SFH as well.

Howdy team, long-time lurker, first time poster! Who do you recommend at property management companies in the San Antonio region? I'm revisiting my portfolio management and would love to hear from other investors on which companies are communicative, reliable, etc.
