I was asked by an investor to recommend a good site to look for crowdfunding for one of his potential deals. I have no experience with this concept and was curious, which one is most recommended by experienced investors? 

I'm not in the Texas market. However, I think the market here in my area of Ga. mirrors the low inventory situation there. I believe that the 2008 crash has lenders so gun shy that they're reluctant to loan on development. There's a huge! opportunity here in new construction for an investor with capital or access to capital.
