I have done a few flips in the canton/Massillon area. They've done ok. I haven't made $100,000 on a flip, but have never lost either.  The houses I flip are in the better school districts. Ie Perry and Jackson. I'm typically at the low price point for the district. It seems to work well enough.   I've bought mostly off the mls. I've bought off Craigslist and word of mouth as well. It seems like the mls is getting tighter and tighter these days.
