Okae Mr holdman, I have a written contract...I offer a $100 dollar non-refundable fee...for 30 days. Lets say real estate agent is involved...can I still use my contract?

When you put a house under contract...how long I have until I have to come up with the money...I see a couple properties I'm interested in.
