Hello BP,

I am just starting out as a wholesaler and Flipper and would like to know the best method to find and explain to real estate agents what I'm looking for as an investor. So far a lot of the agents I've interviewed don't understand the concept of wholesaling and Flipping houses for profit. 

I've heard that making multiple offers on properties and offering below retail value is unethical and so forth. 

Does anybody have any recommendations?

Wow this is really an eye opener I've always had a real desire to start out in commercial real estate as a developer, however cash and credit seem to be a huge factor.

BP are there methods of creative financing that can be leveraged for commercial investing?

I've been hearing a lot about leverage and OPM to purchase real estate property. What is the best method or methods to use outside of bank loans and credit?

Also where would these methods be found to research?
