Thanks for the quick reply, Josh.  While we're in the flood zone, our properties are being built high enough off the ground to qualify for an exemption insurance-wise in the zone.

We have received some very high (in our view) quotes for insurance on two newly built duplexes (2,000 sq feet per unit x 2 units in each duplex) in the North Bottoms Area of Lincoln.  Can anyone share with me a good rule of thumb in terms of the price / sq foot we should expect to pay for insurance in this area?
