Joyce,

I run a tile shop here in Charlotte and bump into a lot of good tile guys, GC's builders, etc.

I'll PM you

Hi Levi, I run a local tile shop and we work with a few rehabbers who consistently buy tile from us. I would reach out to them and see if they're interested. Betters Homes of the Carolinas or Newpath Properties. Good luck!

I own a local tile shop and work with a lot of investors that rehab their properties. Do you think it would be worth it for me to attend?

Also, there is no "WHERE", we could host it at my showroom which is in SouthEnd.

I honestly don't know the answer but I would get a second opinion. We just had Mike with A&G replace our HVAC AND furnace for right around $5,200. 704-363-10twofour

As Colleen mentioned it may be best to live in your first home and you can potentially slowly fix it up along the way. I implemented a similar strategy along with renting out the other two bedrooms in the house. Thus, I was essentially living for free and putting any excess capital into improving the home. I sold for a nice profit a few years later.

Hi Mark,

I own a local tile shop so I run into many GC's. What part of Charlotte are you in? A lot of GC's prefer to stay close to home ie. up in Lake Norman, or just south charlotte etc.

As a supplier of building materials within the industry I can tell you that the market is on fire and the competition if extremely fierce. Everyone and their brother is trying to flip right now.

This is a great cheap/easy way to do it, especially with the metal edging on the sides. It looks clean and contemporary.

At my store (I run a local tile shop) we have 24x48" tiles which would allow for even less grout lines.
