Yes, the city is the one who brought it up. Guessing the jobs brought to the area would out weigh the taxes saved?? They are interested in buying this property, and then leasing it back to the new company.

So I have this building that someone is wanting to lease from me, but they would rather the city buy it from me and lease it to them that way. Something about taxes, not sure.  Is there a premium when selling to a city??  If so, how much?? What other information would you need to help me out??
