Well done @Jacob Allweil! I'll keep that in mind for pools... Some markets are tough, but there's always a gem waiting to be found. I help new investors in Denver acquire their first hacks. It's fun to watch their mindsets shift from a home for themselves to an investment vehicle.

Hi Sean,

I did some research on this and messaged you names of some people I've talked with along the way. Seems you can only cash out as much as originally invested, however they are usually private lenders so there are fewer regulations.

Hello,

I'm a flipper and buy-and-hold investor. Currently I use a combination of my own cash and hard money. I'd like to begin networking for outside investors and partners for my flips. In an effort to be efficient and not use a shutgun approach, what are your favorite ways of locating and networking with individuals interested in, and capable of partnering or investing in my deals? Looking for individuals willing to invest $30,000+ per deal.

Thanks!

Thanks Emily. I'll reach out to Emil.

A Colorado investor researching SE Michigan where I grew up. Looking into value-add buy-and-holds both single and multifamily. Can anyone recommend an asset based lender who has short seasoning periods on cash-out-refis?

Thank you.

Thanks for the suggestions.  @Kuba F was very helpful yesterday. Good customer support at his company.

Has anyone used Fixters.com or any other software?

If so, what have been the pros/cons of what you've used?

I'm very much into process implementation and systematization. Ideally, I'd like to use software that can help run numbers, provide potential ROI, run scenarios, create bids, etc.

Thanks
