I've been watching the St. Petersburg FL market, and with no support other than listings on realtor.com, it feels like there is a tremendous amount of inventory in the area. Specifically watching north of downtown (Shore Acres and surrounding) and condos around St. Pete Beach.

Anyone have thoughts on this? Supporting or rejecting. I do not live locally, so thoughts from someone who may be closer to that market would be appreciated.
