I'm a licensed agent in New Jersey and I have a client who just went under contract to purchase a farm. Although the sale isn't finalized, he wants me to list it for sale. My understanding is that this is not allowed in NJ until the sale is finalized, but he insists that it can be done, because he has equitable ownership. Does anyone know if there's a way to accomplish what he's looking to do?

Hey guys, there's a big push in New Jersey for townships to allow ADU's - I'm in the early stages of researching, but it seems like an awesome opportunity that not many investors in NJ are aware about. I'm curious if you've gained more experience in ADU's over the last couple years since this thread and if you'd be willing to share. Hoping to learn as much as I can! Thanks!

5 years later… curious if you’ve made a conclusion on whether or not Worry Free is worth it… I’m debating enrolling as well. Thanks!
