Our DSCR product is very STR friendly and heavily lean on AirDNA data vs appraisal. We also have shorter seasoning periods than most for cash out. Worth a discussion if you want to send me a DM I can connect you with my team's DSCR specialist. It's worth mentioning that we have been working with same investor for four years and we are fully delegated with them. We process, underwrite, close and fund the loan. We don't like to deal in "maybe's, let try, etc…".

Include a lender in your conversations that specializes in working with investors. Drill down further to find one that specializes in the type of deal you are looking to do. Multi family. Buy and hold. Fix and flip. Asset based loan. DSCR. Renovation loan. Are you looking to scale. My specialty as an example is working with investors looking to build portfolios of Short Term Rental/ luxury vacation properties all across the US. 90% of my clients use the 10% down second home occupancy loan. The remaining clients use the DSCR loan. Always willing to jump on a call.

DSCR right now is going to have better rates and lower cost right now. With compensating factors I have a really good 15% down option on DSCR
