I felt that this was avoiding me knowing that the SOS would not necessarily have info regarding their performance. They offered me a great initial rate (9.5%) but the growing list of add on cost and points pushed this outrageously out of normal. 

@Christian Beyer no I chose to go with Finance of America. They seem to be better to work with.

Has anyone used BCM Credit Fund to finance a project. I am considering using them to fund three residential properties on one contract. Thanks.

Cost to Purchase: A - $52k, B - $52k, C - $51k

ARV: A - $129k, B - $120k, C - $135k

Rehab cost will be around $25k min 

I have contracted to purchase 3 residential properties in Western North Carolina. These are single family homes that are adjacent to one another. I am purchasing from a single seller and have one contract listing all three properties. The purchase price for all three is $155k. I am looking for a 90% loan also with some rehab $. Not sure if anyone does this type of unconventional loan for this low amount. Thanks for the consideration.
