But best to just get the fan installed so it keeps the radon at bay

Radon is a natural byproduct of many construction materials and from the ground.  Poorly ventilated areas are prone to build up of radon.  Get a fan for the crawl space and open the windows in the house, get it retested and it will most likely disappear from the report.

San Diego exterminator? I have some termite damage on my single family rental in San Diego and finally got it checked out to get repaired. I was hoping it wouldn't be too bad. I got a quote to get it treated for a few grand but remediation is estimated at $20k. does anyone have any recommendations for exterminators in the San Diego area....I currently reside across the country so I have to get them to go through my tenants. thanks for any help.

How beneficial is it to go with a CPA as a beginner. I have a rental for several years now and looking into another, but I wouldn't think it would be that beneficial at this point.
