Sorry folks! I've been absent from BP for a while. I'm getting back into the swing of things. We have started growing our team. Technically, I'm bringing my wife onboard, but it's like having 10 of the best managers you've ever known working for you. We also recently partnered with a company here in St. Louis that is doing all of our rehab work for us. 

@Collin Baker - I am really looking for an REO specialist and a really busy one! I love working with them. My last one moved to Arizona. So if you are one or know a good one.......... Just sayin'.

This is my second go-around on Bigger Pockets and I really hope to connect with both in-state and out of state investors interested in properties of all types within the St. Louis area market.  I have been investing in this market for a little over a year now. I currently own rental properties in North St. Louis County. I have rehabbed properties in both St. Louis and St. Charles Counties and have wholesaled and whole-tailed properties in St. Louis City, St. Louis County and St. Charles County AND I've done all of this as a part-time investor.
