Hey BP! Has anyone had any issues with the city of St Petersburg in regards to AirBnB or short term rentals with their property? I have a really nice property I want to keep for a bit and rent out but I have heard the city shuts down those short term rentals... I also do not live in the area so any recommendations on a short term rental management company would be great!

I use a guy by the name of Scott Johnson on my rentals in Bradenton and have even used him to do stuff on my flips. Never had an issue.
