Hey @Shayne Brescia I know its tons of foreclosed homes in NE and SE that can be made into excellent flipping houses. It's just that I need to learn the ropes and understand how things go on in this area. If you can teach me a few things that'll be great!

Hello everybody! My name is Jeevon Jones Jr. I'm a newbie from Washington, DC. I attend University of District of Columbia I'm an Management of Info Systems Major. I recently just read the Ultimate Guide Beginners Guide To Real Estate Investing, andI'm really interesting in learning a lot more about the whole selling process. I'm young and eager to learn a lot more about the Real Estate Industry from experienced professionals to beginners. You'll see me very soon asking a lot of questions because this is something I'm really dedicated to learn more about. I'm lost on how to start my business in real estate and I'm very eager to get some insight on how things work!
