Does anyone have any recommendations for sourcing a HELOC? Some banks arent offering HELOCs right now and rates are all over the map. Looking for a way to get a few properties quickly without multiple applications.

Does anyone have recommendations for a CPA in the Raleigh area?  I’ve looked at Hall, but not at a scale to support the cost.
