I just wanted to say thank you so much to everyone who replied they have all been very helpful. I want to give a special thanks to Stephanie cause I was very much a victim of the " shiney object syndrome" bouncing from plan to plan. Thanks to you all I've been able to find a possible strategy and focus. Soon as I crunch all the #s ill post my business plan on this thread. So again thank you all SO MUCH!!!

If you don't mind me asking what is your strategy to get those 6 properties paid off in three years? That's is the part I'm not getting how to do? I also want to say thank you for taking the time to even reply to my post. I really really appreciate it!!

Hello fellow investors My name is Jed and I'm from farmington NM. I currently have $20,000 To start investing. My ultimate goal is to get a monthly cash flow of 6,000 within the next three years. I was thinking of investing in mobile homes to turn into rentals, to cash flow but I was wondering if that would be the right route to take... or should I invest that money into the more conventional site built property, and or flipping. I already have two mobile homes that I am in the process of getting ready to rent. I've been doing tons of research and have found it daunting all of the possible strategies. So Any advice to what direction I should take that can help me reach my goals

would be greatly appreciated ?
