I just closed on my first rental property but it’s out of state. I want to install security cameras and locks on the property and have been looking into different options. Does anyone have practical experience using Ring style cameras or competitors?

My wife and I are are buying a house in Florida that will be our first property. We live in Iowa but will be setting up the LLC in Florida. State law requires an LLC to have an agent living in state. Does anyone have good agent recommendations?
