I am looking for someone who knows basic electricity, basic plumbing and basic carpentry to be my go to person for my properties in Trenton NJ. Anyone knows anyone please share.

I am inherited a that I think is too low. What's the procedure to raise it? Can I provide my own lease? It's a month to month can I change it to a yearly?

I will be inherited a month to month rent where I have to raise the rent. Can I ask to go on a yearly or do I just continue the month to month? As I am inherited the tenant how long in advance do I give the rent increase notice?
