She refuses to let me in to repair the damages. I did not know that she was abusing the property and I started to fix things. She moved in on July 15 and in august she separated the toiIet tank from the seat water run and messed the ceiling below. I was on vacation I sent a plumber to fix it and when he got there he said that was unusual. I went there Saturday from 11:00 AM to 11:00 AM she never opened the door nor answered her phone after given her a week notice. I found the back porch fell down. I had a contractor with me so I fixed it. The worst thing is I did not have picture before she moves in but the inspector would not have given me a CO with a broken rail and messed up ceiling. I got a CO right before she moved in. That mean those conditions where not there. Can I uses those as reason to not renew her lease though since in NJ we need good reason not to renew a lease?
