Hello BP community!

We're in escrow for a property in Portland, Oregon. Our plan is to flip this property, does anyone have any recommendations where to get Builder's Insurance, or any agents there you guys have worked with before that can provide quotes for Builder's Insurance?

Thank you!

There are no reviews or testimonials for it, but I liked the concept of it. So like any consumer, I was asking for others thoughts and opinions.

Weeks go by and no one replied to this thread saying they used it. Until earlier today, in a span of a few minutes, several people commented saying almost the same positive review. “I used a ton of stuff, sunk a bunch of money, this one was a game changer, support staff is great.” Does that not seem sketchy to you? Personally I just don’t want to give my CC info to a company I know nearly nothing about regarding its legitimacy. But that’s me, and I shouldn’t be shamed and made to feel inferior for just asking the question and then subsequently forming a personal conclusion.

Hello, Looks like i'm late to reply as this post is 10months ago. I actually just signed up for the REIREPLY, we will be using it for wholesaling and sms/rvm blasts, i will let you know how it goes and my honest review on it. Thanks!

Hello! From start to finish, took us 4 months until Escrow officially closed on the property! This flip was very cosmetic, so we didn't run into any major problems. The only thing i would say that was major was that the Washer/Dryer plumbing lines were outside this shed in the backyard, and it looked like it was mickey/moused back there. We decided to move the washer/dryer lines to the garage, and we had to dig about 3-4ft down the dirt in the backyard because that was where we needed to hook up the new plumbing lines. Costed us maybe about $500 to buy the connections, water and gas lines, but super worth it moving the w/d in the garage!
