Are there any reputable online companies who can actually provide title search for any properties i am looking to buy? or is it better to get a local title company to do this for you.

@Sachin Amin If you already have a stock portfolio and you are able to pick your own stocks consistently and continue to expand your account balance year after year I suggest looking into very conservative Options trading using Covered calls or selling Cash protected puts. It will boost your account balance with good % returns. Research and you will be glad you did.

@Marcus B Hsu This is why I went for a HELOC from my primary residence - - successfully completed a deal with BRRRR using this but now looking to obtain another HELOC from one of my rentals to expand my financing options. Penfed won't do it if you have 3 rental properties so will def check the other banks.

@Khemaro N. Penfed would not do one for me either as i have more than two mortgages on rentals.

@Jason Brown very nice! curious as to how you came across this deal.Do you wholesale or use direct mail to get your potential sellers?
