An average 3/2 house where i live at is about $90k. It seems like it costs more to build a house than what you can sell it for, is this true?

I deposited the escrow to the title company and not yet received a closing date. Is there any way they can change the closing date after they schedule it?

Hi,

I'm in the process of buying a piece of vacant land in the middle of a developed neighborhood with houses. On the listing it says no utilities, is that possible, there being developed houses next door?

                                              Thanks.
