What do you do when you find out after the initial contact with the seller that a real estate agent is involved? The seller is motivated and did not share that information of having the property listed with an agent when asked.  How is the best way to handle the situation with the seller at this point?

Hello, my name is Jeanie Jarrell. My partner, Hannah Eans, and I have been working on gaining knowledge about real estate investing since November.  We have not yet done our first deal but feel we are getting very close- at least ready to take the plunge.  We want to begin with WHOLESALING to simply increase our income and create some capital with an end goal of BUY and HOLD. Hannah wants to eventually own a multi-family unit and I want to own a few destination single family homes. Currently, we both work full time as Physical Therapists.  Will appreciate any advice and guidance. :)
