@Joel Owens Thank you so much for your feedback. We will be using a local PM initially until the property is stabilized. The plan is to move to the area and eventually manage it ourselves. I have 10 years PM experience managing commercial properties in NYC and working on getting my CPM through IREM which I think will meet the lenders threshold.

I am purchasing a commercial property with a few partners in GA and would like to manage it myself. Does GA require a brokers license since the property is owned by an LLC with multiple members?
