Is anyone familiar with TurboTax Premier? Was considering using it to file my taxes and was wondering if anyone had any input. I went through someone else last year which has all of my previous rental property information on it and nothing has changed except now I have a child. Would it make sense to just use TurboTax?

@Rebecca Knox I do know that 25% is only for if y oh are not living there. Our goal isn't to necessarily move

$2600 is correct/month. It is between $500-$700

@Jaycee Greene the estimated value of our SFH is $370,000-$400,0000. The estimated value of our duplex rental is around $210,000. We owe about $140,000 on the duplex and about $225,000 owed on the SFH. We are currently charging $1300/unit/month and expecting to be charging the same this coming year. We would like our next rental to be either a duplex or a 4 plex. Since we have to put down 25% for a rental, we would be looking at $200,000 for a price point. We have considered turnkey, but would consider a fixer upper if it's within our current living area which is Waukesha county. We don't know of too many places that offer turnkey properties, so if you have any recommendations that would be great. We have considered long-distance real estate too so we can consider other markets too.

I am a newer investor with a duplex and living in a SFH to eventually be a rental. I don't have much money for the next property, but am ready to add to my profile. Any tips?
