Hi Michael

The rents are cheaper, depending on what you want to rent. The interesting part here is the financing, leveraging your money through seller financing is the best or cash of course. Most sellers want a balloon payment in 3-5 years, that's as long as they will carry a note.  I'm still in the start up stage of my rental opportunity. There's money to be made, you just have to be creative. Are you interested in Los Cabo's?

Hi, my name is Jeanette de Boer, I have been in real estate for over 20 years, ad have been a real estate investor for more then 15 years. I have now moved to the Los Cabo's  area of Mexico and see a big need for rentals. We just do not have enough rentals for all the foreigners moving here. my goal is to start up an investment group here and get rentals in place to support the huge demand.
