Hi Everyone !

My name is Jean. New to BP and to Real Estate Investing.

I'm just starting in Orlando, FL area.

My ultimate goal is to invest in Single Family and Multi-Family rentals. But before I get there, I would like to be able to do some rehabs, to raise the money I can put down for the rentals...

I have digested quite a bit of literature on REI the last few months. And I'm kind of tired of reading books and browsing web sites with that impression of going nowhere. I believe It is time for me to start !

If anybody can help me with advice, It would be greatly appreciated.
