I was looking at using Tidal Loans LLC to refi a couple of rental properties too. But I was a little sceptical as well. Did anyone use them? If so, how was it? If not who did you use? And would you recommend them? I am in Texas looking for a lender.

@matt spenn

Thanks for the welcome and invite.

I do want attend the reia meetings.

When is the next one?

@Ricardo g

No, I have not been to any of the meetings here.

I plan to start attending soon, though

I like your plan to flip into buy and hold.

How long have you been flipping?

Hello Everyone,

I'm Jay from San Antonio. I have been an inactive member of BP for several months now. I have been reading a lot of posts and listening to the podcasts, which are very informative and entertaining. The podcasts are very enjoyable. I have also read the UBG to REI.

The community seems to be very informative, friendly and willing to help. So, I decided to introduce myself and see if I can be of any help and perhaps receive some help.

I have been investing in real estate since 2009. I bought a house to flip and ended up keeping it as a rental. Last year, I got serious about RE investing and bought several properties. I plan to continue to buy more properties to expand my portfolio. It has been an adventure so far (I manage my own properties) but I love it!

Going forward the plan is to do some hybrid investing and maybe a flip or two to build cash and eventually buy apartment complexes. I am currently a buy and hold investor of residential properties.

It will be great to meet all of you and thanks in advance for responding.

-Jay
