Good afternoon BP! I am looking to build 2 more teams in the Los Angeles and Inland Empire areas for investment properties. I have been blessed to run into some serious investors lately that are looking to buy up properties in both areas. With these new investors, I will need some additional help soon. I have a team that I am working with but will need additional help soon. If any of you have any referrals for contractors, landscapers, and roofing specialist, I would greatly appreciate it. 

Welcome Jerry Robinson. Just as they mentioned before you should definitely set up the key word alerts for the cities in which you're investing in.

Hello BP my name is Jalonni Diggs and I thought that I should introduce myself again here on BP. I joined BP about 8 months ago but haven't been active on the site. I wanted to introduce myself to the site again and start over again. I am a real estate investor as well as a Realtor in the Long Beach area. I specialize in that area but I am also very knowledgeable about the Los Angeles area also. If you have any questions about the area please don't hesitate to ask. I have a few questions: Does anyone know of any groups that meet up in the Los Angeles area? Are there any suggestions for choosing a location of employment? Are there any investors in the Los Angeles area looking for a salesperson?

That was a great post. I'm about to take my real estate exam in a week and a half and I'm doing my homework for the correct broker right now. So how did it take you to get a listing from a random person?
