I am planning to begin with wholesaling, then progress to fix/flip, buy and hold.

I also thought about what you mentioned regarding creating a history with the business to get loans, etc.

This has been an amazing discussion. I am trying to wrap my head around all the information. I am a newbie to REI and am also trying to figure out the best type of incorporation to begin with.

I was thinking of wholesaling first, then progressively move to flipping then to buy and hold.

Hello everyone, I wanted to know what the opinion of everyone is regarding incorporating before beginning my investing journey?

If yes, is a C-corp more effective tax wise than an S-Corp or LLC in general?

Hello to everyone. My name is Jose Diaz from Miami, FL. I am currently a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. My wife and I are looking into using real estate investing to provide us with the opportunities life has.

At the moment, I am educating myself on wholesaling, fix/flip and financing options. It would be great to meet a seasoned investor in these areas, as we are very fresh to real estate investing. Some genuine help would be greatly appreciated.

I signed up at bigger pockets because it provides legitament, no non-sense help/guidance that we need to grow our idea of expanding our means.
