Hello everyone,

I am interested in the subject to, mortgage wrap strategy that was discussed in the latest podcast. I have the time to go out and look at properties but what are simple and basic ways that I can have successful marketing and people calling me? I was thinking of buying signs that had something along the lines, " Having trouble keeping up with monthly payments? Call (insert number) ". Not sure if this was a quality idea but I'd like to get on the phone and see how creative I can be. Any marketing advice would be helpful, thank you!

Hello,

I'm wondering where and how can I have more success on contacting Real Estate Agents, primarily in the Haverhill/ Boston area of Massachusetts, that are investor friendly, are familiar with subject to, and creative investing in general. I went online and made a few calls to some popular and unpopular agents and got some pretty negative results. They had told me that what I was learning did not exist and that I was a dreamer. I was discouraged for a brief moment but quickly I realized they had just been misinformed. Anyways, does anyone know of anyone in the area, or what steps I can take to find these people?

Thank You!

Hello everyone,

My name is Jeremiah Damiron. I am a 19-year old, Syracuse University undergrad that is currently residing in Bradford area, Haverhill, MA. I began reading about real estate and investing a few months ago and I was quickly consuming all the material I could because I was so interested. I read many articles and see many videos and feel like I am somewhat grounded in terms of my foundation and most basic strategies. I am most interested in subject to and owner financing strategies.

Just this week, I was just about ready to dive into Phil Pustejovsky's mentor ship program, so I gave it a final search and ended up here on bigger pockets. I liked what I seen so I signed up and here I am. I feel like I know enough information to get deals done but I'm lacking in connecting all the pieces, and find myself with more and more questions. I spend several hours a day learning from different sources and I am ready to make moves and become productive.

Anyhow I thought I'd just introduce myself and see if the Bigger Pockets community is what I was looking for in terms of connecting all those pieces and helping me lift off. I don't want to pay for a Guru's knowledge and set unrealistic goals, and I feel like these forums can put me on the right track. I will be active in the forums considering this is something I'm serious about and want to working as soon as I can. I would love for this dream to become a reality.

Sorry for running on my words and to anyone who decides to read my whole post, thank you and you will see more often!
