How can i refinance with no income? i Have money saved but i need to refinance my fix and flip for and lower monthly payment. Is this possible?

I'm a new investor and I have my first flip. I'm getting ready to put on the market soon. I have no employees.  Can I apply for the ppp?

I hired a contractor to finish remodel in my home. he has stop showing up he has asked for money for supplies I've gave him the money for purchasing the supplies that he never bought.  he showed poor job performance and promised to fix everything he stopped showing up to the job site he stopped returning my calls it then became a lack of communication.  I have tried emailing. Texting. And mailed him a letter demanding payment. 

Also  he left his equipment at the house since he has abandoned the job ... I want to know can i sell his equipment to be reimbursed for the money that hes taken from me?

How was your experience with Lima One? I'm thinking about using them as well.

well my first interest is fix and flip, but i dont have the funds to pay the 20% of the loan. Is there an alternative?

I dont own a home, i have though read a few books and attended a few seminars. 

I am new to investing!  While trying to stay motivated, I need help finding homes and Funding.
