I'd say to keep it as simple as possible. Provide what information the bank asks for, and just that information. Pretty sure if someone not on the loan documents is utilizing the funds, they're likely gonna require that person's information as well. I'm our case, we are co-borrowers on the mortgage, therefore we are co-borrowers on the HELOC. Hope that helps, and wish you all the best!

Re HELOC: Each state is probably different-but in our state (WA and our situation), the bank wanted 90 days proof of income, saytisfatory credit scores, and DTI. The HELOC is secured against the home itself and the bank wants to know it's a sound investment and secure, and they're gonna get paid.

Hi-newbie investor here. Any thoughts on using investment platforms like Roofstock and crowdfunding platforms like Fundrise as an investment strategy?

Thanks!

Hello BP!

New wholesaler in the Vancouver WA area! Inventory is tight but this isn't stopping me! Looking to meet and network with others in the business and put together some deals!

How about co-wholesaling? I'm in!

Thoughts advice pointers? Look forward to hearing from you!
