Thanks, Sibbir! We are in the process of moving into our new primary residence, as we speak. We are on Southside and I'm getting very interested in the Chester/Glen Allen area. Where/what is your preferred area and investment?

Thanks, Wes! We have been here for a while now. Took some time off to acclimate and find our neighborhood, but I love it. I fell in love with the town when we travelled here to see my wife's family. 

I'd love to hear what you have to say about the market! Anything in particular that you are interested in or involved in?

Hi all, 

Found the forums via Bigger Pockets Podcast and I'm excited to dive in. My wife and I recently liquidated our properties in Nashville, TN, to move to Richmond, VA, to be closer to family. Best decision we ever made because after a few months of research and studying, this market is ripe!

Looking forward to getting back in the game and digging into the forums. If anyone is in the area and would like to meet up for coffee, feel free to let me know.
