Hi Glenn

I work with a real estate clearinghouse brokerage here in San Diego and we find 10-15 investment properties per month. We buy the properties in as-is-where-is condition and then sell the house to you in the same condition. You in turn do the repairs and updates, and put the property back on the maket for rent or sale, whichever you are looking to do. Let me know if you are interested in getting access to our properties. We have properties in Phoenix that I can get you access to as well.
