Ok. I have two private investors that want to invest $25K a piece. Along with my $25K ($75K Total) to purchase a home re hab it and sell for profit. I am curious to know to dispurse shares of the LLC that I created to reflect the investment made by my private investors.
The deal is that I will locate a property and manage the purchase,re hab and sale of the home. In return I will pay out 10% simple interest for the use of their funds.
I know these investors personally so I would like to protect them and their investment. Would I just offer a note/lien against the property for their investment plus the 10% interest pay out?
