Tajma,

What are you doing right now to learn what you can as an
investor? What books have you read? What tools do you have?
What are you willing to do to be successful? What is your main
reason for wanting to get into investing? Hint: Making money is
not good enough, think bigger!

Being successful takes dedication and hard work on everyones
part. It takes time sometimes alot of time. You have to be
willing to put in that time.

Like any business getting better educated is the key.

Understand how money really works and who it's working
for. Money works 24 hours a day the question is who is it
working for you or the bank?

I found this very interesting when I heard it the other day.
When interviewed, the one thing Bill Gates said was most
important to financial success was to have a working knowledge
of the tax code.

Like any business it is not how much money you make but what you keep that matters.

Good luck in all your endeavors...

Hi John,

I am looking to network with folks in the insurance industry
to discuss lead options, marketing strategies etc...

I see you are in the UK. Are you a licensed agent there or
are you in banking?

If you are an investor, you may be able to help me. I am looking
to partner with a company or investor that can help me launch a
patent pending mortgage process. I am looking for a warehouse line of credit to fund these mortgages nationwide. If you or someone
you know may be in the position to help with something like that I would also be interested in talking to you or them

I have been in the industry for several years and would like to
discuss marketing strategies with anyone interested.

Want to make more money on every house you build?

How many times when you are working with a potential client are they needing financing for their new or remodeled house? How many times have you directed them to go to XYZ mortgage company?

What if you could say to them I can take care of that for you myself, would that be of interest to you?

To find out more drop me a note...

Cheers,

If you are purchasing investment properties and hanging on to them for a while, doing lease options etc... you can greatly improve your cashflow by doing an interest only loan on the property, you lower payments drastically, improve your cash flow and free up your money for more investment opportunities.

Post: Where is a good place to add a bathroom? How much money?

A good rule of thumb for adding a bathroom is to figure betweeen $500 and $900 per fixture. If you add it in the basement it may cost more due to needing to include a pump to your system.

The best thing to do is get 3 or 4 bids from local contractors ask around find out who is reputable.

Are you planning to purchase more homes or refinance this one after remodeling?

Hope this helps,

I live in beautiful Eastern Idaho, recently celebrated my 23rd wedding anniversary, have two wonderful children and loving life.

I recently became involved in real estate investing, I have been studying it for the last couple of years. I bought my first investment property just about a month ago and now I am doing some rehab work on it. I hope to have it back on the market in a couple of months.

I have worked in the financial services industry for the past few years and recently added mortgages to my arsenal of products. I can originate in all 50 states and have worked with several investors and helped them improve their cash flow. I can do both commercial and residential and perhaps we could help each other.

I am interested in networking with other like minded people, so please drop me a note so we can see how we may be able to mutually benefit each other.

I look forward to hearing from you,
