Greetings, I'm new to the RE investment arena and wanted to know if anyone's worked with or heard of a company out of Irvine CA,  called HomeUnion? http://www.homeunion.com/about-home-union/. 

Supposedly they're a "leading online marketplace for hands-free real estate ?investing. Investors get access to fully managed properties sourced through HomeUnion’s extensive due diligence process and personalized to their financial requirements from select ‘cash flow locations’ around the country."  My local realtor in SA didn't know of them so I'd like to see if they're legit.  Also really interested in learning the ropes of Property Investing.  Thank you!
