Hello Bigger Pockets community, I'm in the process putting several great deals with major equity under contract in Tennessee and will selling and assigning to interested buyers.

These properties will have one of the following:

A enough equity for profitable flips, ARV, Comps and ROI already calculated,

Be units with equity AND TENANTS!

or a combination of the two in the form of multi-family units that spread risk and lower the impact of vacancy. I WON'T SEND OUT ANYTHING THAT ISN'T A GREAT DEAL!!!!!

Hey guys, if you do a lunch meetup, please count me in. I'm a new real estate investor living in Nashville. I have a lot of free time outside of work at the moment and a lot of tenacity and dedication toward my goal of $3K monthly through real estate by the end of 2016.
