Hi John, I know people in Tucson and have spent some time there. It is one of the markets I keep an eye on from a distance. I like the MLS report TARMLS provides each month. How do you see the deal making going out there?

I know SE Michigan quite well, grew up there. There are deals all over the place, but I think it requires good marketing to get them sold / rented.
