@Ryan Swan I agree that your use of that plugin is seamless enough -- however it's not of very high quality, IMHO. Totally functional, yes (except that it's not responsive for mobile). Does that UX matter to the majority of your site visitors? The analytics may say no; they may say yes. Can you run traffic analytics with this setup?

Here are some examples of fully-integrated solutions (disclaimer, I built these). Note that the presentation is totally custom, therefore the data can be pulled from the back end and leveraged in a variety of ways. Totally seamless, responsive & flexible.

This is probably more than you need. Just making another argument for the limitations of embedded content from a 3rd party.

Better than embedding a limited portion of content from another provider (ie, your application, ie Buildium): find a provider who can created a fully-integrated solution including your brand assets and content. It does affect the impression of seamless and coherence for your site visitors.

Also consider installing dual-flush valves, and make sure your tenants know how to use them. You can save a significant amount on your water bill in the long term.

I like bamboo. It weather's well, is water tolerant, affordable and renewable.

Stay away from carpet and laminates; these have a relatively short lifespan. Additionally carpet can host more dirt, parasites, etc.

Also take a look at RocketLease.com

An improvement for sure, but a new design should have included responsive for mobile.

Good work, UX is just missing about half your traffic.

I haven't set it up with Buildium, but aliasing your own domain name and having it point to another site is easy.

Of course, a notebook computer is a rapidly-depreciating asset, but it is an asset. I simply cannot work without one. And I don't like downtime.

A used, 3-year old Macbook Air is still a great machine, and an affordable one. Make sure it has at least 4 GB of RAM.

Some Windows-running laptops are also great hardware, but the OS itself has too much bloat. Chromebook is the epitome of how little OS/hardware you really need to get work done (beside Linux Mint or a similar outlier).

You can get a used Macbook Air for ~$600. Install Libreoffice (Openoffice). Or better yet, use Google Apps.

Or if you're not doing any significant creative work, just get a Chromebook.

I haven't had time to evaluate it at length yet (because I'm not actively acquiring property at the moment), but VelaView looks like it may have the abilities you're looking for.
