Good morning everyone happy friday!

So a few weeks ago I posted about doing real estate in college and got some good ideas to get me feet in the water. It is now Christmas break and I have been hungry for finding deals, and I think I might've found two based off looks and location, but I'm not too sure.

So here's the deal I am still a college student so wholesaling is my best bet to get started in the rei world. I found both properties as I started walking for dollars in my neighborhood I looked them up online and couldn't find them for sale so I believe their off market(correct me if I'm wrong), so what I want to know is how exactly should I go about exploring these two options. I've got numbers for each and I don't want to try to offer without knowing how valuable this can be to buyers should I call and ask to tour or something else. I feel I'm right on the tip fo finding y first deal I just need help with the little things. As far as I know it's best to ask what their plan is for the house and move from there, but I'd like a little more insight.

P.S I'm looking to network in the Dallas area if your interested PM me!

Hi, my name is Justus Bey and I am a sophomore Econ Major looking to start investing young. I am looking for guidance on what would be best for someone like me in my position. My goal is to learn as much as possible in the coming months as my goal is to start investing by next summer. So far I've read a couple of books and am currently going through "How to Invest in Real Estate" by the bigger pockets creators. Message me if you could help or just provide info under the post. I am also open to connecting on Linkedin and talking on there. Thanks and have a wonderful day!
