Joel Thanks for responding. Question for you regarding the fulton county eviction process. The people that are living in the home are not my tenants. I purchased the home as a foreclosure. You said the process could take up to a few months? I was not expecting that. I just completed my dispossessory paperwork today and submitted it at the courthouse. I just did not know how long it would take for the Marshal to get the paperwork and serve the "tenants". I'm thinking or hoping the tenant will leave once served. But they may not...as Ii am learning now they KNOW the system. I even found out they were on section 8 but has a man living in the home. I just may be screwed.

Does anyone know how long it takes for Fulton County to serve dispossessory warrant? I completed my paperwork and I need them to serve the warrent so I am just wondering how long that usually takes.
