Post: Air bnb arbitrage services

Hello BP community,

    I recently came across the Air bnb arbitrage platform and found it very interesting. As I thought about it more, and I began looking at ways to refine and and scale the business properly when I start. The two questions that I have are the following:

1.) Is a 3 bedroom row home, maybe near a hospital, a good property to use for this type of rental strategy? (renting by the room to three different parties, probably all med students or equivalent)

2.) Can I apply a custom service fee? where I would do grocery shopping,  twice a week cleaning, restocking of towels and toiletry etc and maybe laundry (I don’t know about the laundry part yet..maybe too invasive). Is there a market for people that need this?

Thanks in advance, just really can’t figure these things out.

@Account Closed

Thanks for the insight. I guess I should also mention I plan to be a real estate wholesaler in my area. Should I bring a self-prepared contract for the attorney to look over or give them the full autonomy of how the contract is designed (for both assignment and purchase/sale document)?

Hello all,

After doing some research about real estate, I learned how important it is to have a real estate attorney. However, my question is are RE attorneys paid for the transaction of  deals only ? or are they hired before deals are found and are paid to be on stand by ( such as paying them monthly) ? Also, would I need to pay to interview/consult with one? Is they other costs I should be weary of?

Thanks,

Jazz
